Only once this year will our campaign be required to publicly report the total amount of money we've raised, and our deadline is Monday at midnight. This is our best chance to show the strength of our campaign.

We have to be honest: this race won't be a walk in the park. In California, you're required to report donations of $5,000 or more as they come in. So even though fundraising reports aren't fully public yet, we can see that our Republican opponent has already raised $843,999.95 from just 53 contributions, more money than anyone else in this race has raised this year.
With nearly half of Californians saying they're open to voting for a Republican governor, we can't take anything for granted. Your support could make all the difference in building the early momentum we need to win this race.
