The McClatchy Media California editorial board just endorsed Katie Porter for governor after conducting interviews with every major Democratic candidate and Republican Steve Hilton. They called her “by far the most impressive” out of all the candidates.
That endorsement represents five major California newspapers: The Sacramento Bee, The Modesto Bee, The Fresno Bee, Merced Sun-Star, and The San Luis Obispo Tribune.
And what put Katie over the top?
