But instead of working to bring down costs and taking on corporate interests, politicians in Washington are making things worse. Politicians like Jon Husted. |
Ohio deserves better and Ohioans are showing up and insisting on change. Last night was an important step in that fight because it brought us one step closer to flipping this seat and retaking Senate control. |
But we also know this battleground race is about to get harder. |
A new poll shows me down by 3 points. National Republicans are pouring $81 million into Ohio to defeat us – more than they’re spending in any other battleground state. And Jon Husted’s super PAC just launched a seven-figure ad buy attacking me. |
They know Ohio is in play. They know we can win. And they know that if we do, we can flip the Senate. |
The Cook Political Report now calls this race a “Toss Up.” That matters. So does the grassroots energy we’ve built together. |
That’s why we set an ambitious goal: to raise $1 million by the end of the week so we can make critical investments across the state and reach voters in every corner of Ohio.
