Hi, |
Tomorrow is the Fourth of July, and I hope you get to spend it with family and friends. Before the holiday, I wanted to share something personal about my own family. |
I grew up in Mansfield, Ohio. My dad was a doctor. My mom was a teacher. Between the two of them, I learned what it means to work hard and look out for your neighbors like they are your own family. |
Those are the family values I grew up with. And to me, they’re American values too. |
Because that’s what patriotism really is. Not a slogan on a hat. It’s looking out for people – especially the ones who’ve been left behind. It’s fighting for the folks who make this country work. |
That’s why I’m back in this: For the people who punch a clock, work on farms and factory floors, raise kids, care for aging parents, work double shifts – and do everything right while the cost of living keeps climbing. |
But the truth is that the people in charge in Washington are doing everything they can to stop our pro-worker movement because they know if we win in Ohio, we win the Senate. |
That’s why GOP super PACs are spending over $100 million to attack me in a race that is on track to become the most expensive Senate race in history. |
But it’s patriotic to stand up for what’s right. And it’s right that working people have a voice in the U.S. Senate. The folks I grew up around in Mansfield deserve that voice. All Ohioans deserve that voice. |
That’s who I’m fighting for. |
We can win this race – the polls show we’re tied – but only if this grassroots team stands with me against the billionaires trying to buy this seat. Will you chip in $5 to help us flip this seat and stand for what’s right? |

Hey there! It's Sherrod Brown.
There's nobody fighting for Ohioans in the U.S. Senate right now, and I won't sit on the sidelines while working people get screwed over by large corporations and wealthy political donors.
If you work hard, you should be able to afford a decent life. But the reality is, life is too expensive. Costs are going up. Wages are staying stagnant. Working people are working harder than ever before, and they're not getting their share of the profit.
This campaign is all about changing that – and election analysts say we have a strong shot at winning in November.
But I'll need your help to pull it off: My opponent is a Washington insider being propped up by the Republican establishment, and he's got virtually unlimited resources.
That's not how our campaign works. We're a grassroots movement, and that means we rely on ordinary people chipping in a couple bucks. If you're able, please make a donation of any amount today. It could be what helps us flip Ohio and the Senate.
If you'd like to receive exclusive updates from my team, you can text "OHIO" to 64054.
Thank you.
