Ohio through and through

Friend, it's Sherrod – and here's one thing you should know about me:

I'm an Ohioan through and through.

I grew up in Mansfield, walking the halls of Johnny Appleseed Junior High with the kids of union workers. I spent summers working on my family's farm and going to baseball games with my dad. I raised my kids here, and I'm proud to call Columbus home.

That love for Ohio – and for the people here – is why I'm running for Senate. Right now, no one is fighting for Ohio families in D.C., and that's a job I know I can do.

My name is Scott Colom, and I'm a seventh-generation Mississippian running for U.S. Senate because I can no longer sit on the sidelines while our leaders put profits over the people they are supposed to serve.
