The people in power either don't notice or don't care.

I'm concerned, friend. Americans are working harder than ever with less to show for it. And the people in power either don't notice or don't care. This recent court ruling is just one example:

If this is the first you're hearing about this case in Texas with massive national implications, you're not alone. Here's what happened:

One judge in one district struck down a Department of Labor rule that would have significantly increased the amount of people eligible to receive overtime pay. As a result, 4 million hardworking Americans will not get the overtime pay they earn. This goes to the heart of what the Dignity of Work means – if you put in the extra hours, you should earn extra pay, period.
