June is the last month of the quarter and the most important time in the campaign calendar because at the end of the month, we’re legally required to file a fundraising report to the FEC. This is our first report since the General Election kicked off, and all eyes will be on us.

At the end of June, the whole country will get to see: Does Sherrod Brown have the resources to win in Ohio?

Everything we've worked for is on the line. If we publish a strong report, we’ll prove the pundits wrong and show we have exactly what it takes to flip Ohio this November.

But that also means the consequences of falling short are severe. If we miss our goal right as our numbers go public, National Republicans and their billionaire backers will take it as their signal to divert even more resources into Ohio to blanket the airwaves, reach voter targets early, and turn the tide against us.

Senate control will be determined by the outcome of this race, and the polls show it’s neck and neck. That's why the GOP’s top super PAC is investing more here than any other state in the country.

We have a real shot to win this race, but first, we have to win June.

If we don’t, Jon Husted and his billionaire allies will drown us out, pull ahead, and cruise to victory in November.
