Here’s some insider political knowledge for you: Every 48 hours ahead of the primary, our campaign has to file a report with the FEC showing what we’ve raised.

That means the public, Republican super PACs, and billionaire donors will all be able to see the momentum behind our grassroots campaign – every two days.

That’s a lot of pressure, especially since the polls show this battleground race is neck and neck. And now that Ohio is in play, the Senate majority is within reach.

National Republicans know what's at stake in Ohio too. They’ve made beating us their top priority as they work to prop up my opponent, Jon Husted. They’ve already launched misleading attacks against me, and they’ve announced plans to spend at least $79 million here – their largest investment anywhere in the country.
