A big week

It’s Tamara, Sherrod’s Digital Director. I’m reaching out because next week is a big week for our campaign, and I figured it was about time that I introduced myself.

We’re entering the last full week before Ohio’s Senate special election primary on May 5th.

Here’s why that matters: We need to reach Ohioans in every corner of the state with our message before they cast their ballots, and we’re counting on one final push from this team to get it done.

With a new poll showing Sherrod just 1 point down to Republican Jon Husted – in what experts are calling the most important Senate race of the year – every dollar will make the difference in our crucial voter mobilization efforts.

Long story short, we really can’t fall behind our fundraising goal or we’ll have to make some serious budget cuts at a time where we need to be firing on all cylinders.

I’m trying not to panic, but we need to turn things around soon (like…extremely soon!!!!)
