This time last year, I never thought I’d be able to say any of the above and mean it: between a map skewed in the GOP’s favor and their massive cash advantage, conventional wisdom suggested Democrats would be lucky just to keep all 47 seats we currently have.
But as Trump’s billionaires-first agenda has driven up costs for working families, our chances of taking an outright majority (about 56%) are now higher than anyone ever imagined. We just need to keep up the momentum across the finish line.
