I wanted to share what I’ve heard

Friend, I won't sit on the sidelines while politicians like Jon Husted hurt Ohio families.

Over the past month, I've been meeting with folks across the state who rely on the health care that Husted wants to eliminate – and I wanted to share some of the stories I've heard:

I met with Ohioans in Cincinnati who are struggling to afford lifesaving prescriptions and care due to Medicaid cuts. Families are sharing inhalers just to get by.

I talked to veterans in Dayton alarmed by the health care cuts affecting them and their fellow service members, resulting in longer wait times and fewer resources.

I sat down with families who are seriously contemplating moving somewhere else just to afford health care for their children.

And what is Jon Husted doing about it? Voting again and again to make health care more expensive while championing tax cuts for billionaires and big corporations.

Ohioans deserve a senator who fights for them, not against them.

I know our grassroots movement has what it takes to win – but polling shows this race is virtually tied, and special interest groups are going to spend millions to defeat me.

I need your help, friend. Will you chip in today to fuel our campaign so I can continue traveling the state and flip this Senate seat?
