Hi, the polls just officially closed here in Ohio, and as we wait for final results, I wanted to reach out to say thank you.

I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being in this fight with me. Thanks for believing that Ohio matters more than billionaires, in holding corporations accountable, and in the idea that the wealthiest Americans should pay their fair share.

Because of you and hundreds of thousands of grassroots supporters, we've built a movement powerful enough to take on not just Jon Husted, but also National Republicans and right-wing tech billionaires who have spent record amounts to defeat me and protect a rigged system in Washington.

We've been outspent at times, but we've never been outworked. Your dedication and support got us through every challenge, and we gave this fight everything we had today.

Thank you so much. I have so much confidence in our movement and hope for the future we're building together, and it's all because of you.
