ALERT via NPR: Anti-abortion groups have a to-do list for Trump
With Trump set to begin another term and Republicans in control of Congress, the anti-abortion movement is hoping to continue gains it made during his first stint in office.
Patty Murray is doing everything she can to safeguard abortion from Republicans' anti-choice agenda.
And now that the new Republican Congress is sworn in, Patty is ready to fight back against any move that could leave reproductive health care at risk – from leading the fight to block a GOP nationwide abortion ban, to pushing for legislation that would protect access to reproductive health care, to advocating for the reinstatement of Roe v. Wade.
But now that the GOP will control Congress and the White House, Patty needs at least 20,000 pro-choice advocates to commit to having her back before 11:59 p.m.Will you be one of them?
