The Hill: "Nearly six in 10 Americans are opposed to President Trump pardoning Jan. 6, 2021, rioters convicted of crimes."

Friend: On his first day in office, President Trump set a dangerous precedent — he granted a sweeping pardon of hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants, including rioters.

By pardoning these insurrectionists, who threatened our democracy, Trump has FAILED to hold them accountable for their crimes, and instead, invites extremists to act without fear of punishment. A recent survey shows that most Americans oppose President Trump's action to pardon the Jan. 6 rioters — and we want to confirm this polling data.
