Right now, everyone is paying a lot of attention to the presidential swing states. That's understandable because we must send Kamala Harris to the White House and keep Donald Trump out of it.
But, we can't take our eyes off what's happening in states like California. To deliver on Kamala's agenda of growing the middle class, protecting the right to an abortion, and safeguarding our democracy, we need to elect a Democratic majority in the House.
We need to keep up volunteer and donor engagement here in California to win House seats and retake the majority, even though our state isn't competitive at the presidential level. Check out this recent headline:
We have an incredible opportunity on Tuesday to flip the House of Representatives and turn the page on two years of Republican dysfunction in Congress. To do that, we can't let up until polls close.
Katie has known for years that flipping California swing districts is key to Democrats taking back the House. She helped do it in 2018 when she won in a historically Republican area, and this year, she's been hard at work holding events and knocking on doors to support Democrats in crucial swing districts like Will Rollins and Dave Min.
