Thousands of people have chipped in for the first time this week. Can I ask you to join them?

I’m grateful.

Thousands of people have chipped in to my campaign for the first time this week. These contributions are coming at a critical moment in this race, and it means a lot to me to have new folks join us.

We’re off to a good start in July – but if we want to hit our fundraising goals outta the park this month…

We simply cannot take our foot off the gas.

The GOP is pummeling me with attack ads, and now, a new poll shows me 3 points down to Republican Jon Husted. But that poll is within the margin of error – so now a shady dark-money group just committed $28 million to take the lead once and for all and defeat me.

That’s why I’m asking you to have my back today. You haven’t chipped in to my campaign yet – but the only way I can respond to this surge in GOP spending and reach more of the Ohio voters we need to win is if new donors like you join us in the fight.
