Donald Trump just held a rally in California over the weekend:
During the rally, Trump vowed he'd withhold federal aid as President to get Governor Gavin Newsom to do his bidding on the state's water supply.
Plain and simple: Trump broadcasted extortion. His threat is an insult to the brave firefighters and first responders who keep us safe.
If Trump is willing to extort California during a crisis, he wouldn't think twice about doing the same to Pennsylvania, North Carolina, or any other state.
The future of California and our country is at risk if Trump wins on November 5th. We need Kamala Harris in the White House and a Democratic majority in Congress.
The path to gaining a Democratic House majority runs through swing seats in California—and Truth to Power is providing resources in these swing districts to mobilize voters.
