Indictment Decision Looms Late last night, the special counsel’s office added major new criminal charges related to Trump’s classified documents case. They claim Trump was engaged in a wild cover-up that involved a plot to delete security footage after it was subpoenaed by the Justice Department! Prosecutors reportedly told Trump's legal team to expect an indictment – which would mark his THIRD indictment by a grand jury this year. And that’s not all – Trump also claims a probable fourth indictment might be coming from Atlanta! This is truly UNPRECEDENTED, team. No sitting or former US president has ever faced federal criminal charges. Team, add your name to DEMAND that Trump be held accountable! Trump is facing criminal investigations involving: Election interference in the state of Georgia, where a grand jury will likely consider criminal charges. Allegations over hush money payments in New York including scheme to defraud, conspiracy, criminal tax fraud, and falsifying business records. At least 40 federal counts, including willful retention of national defense information, false statements and representations, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and concealing a document in a federal investigation. Yesterday, new criminal charges were released on Trump’s retention of classified documents – accusing Trump of not just failing to return classified documents, but allegedly presenting those classified documents to others, AND obstruction of justice. And NOW he’s facing an investigation over his role in the effort to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power on January 6th. But despite this latest news, Trump is STILL leading in the GOP primary.
