When California elects a new governor in 2026, everything will be on the line.
We could elect someone who stands by while Trump hurts our economy and our neighbors—or we can elect a progressive fighter who will work tirelessly to protect our state and deliver real change.
Last week, California enacted five new laws to protect immigrants from Trump's mass deportation agenda. That's the kind of leadership California needs—but it's not guaranteed after 2026. Our next governor must be ready to fight for immigrant communities and defend our rights.
California is the 4th largest economy in the entire world—we can't afford a governor who will let Trump jack up prices on everything from groceries to housing to electricity. Our next governor must confront our cost crisis head-on and take bold action, not just tinker around the edges.
Katie is running to be a bold leader for California. If we're going to win this race and deliver the progressive values the Golden State deserves, we need all hands on deck.
