A lot has happened in our race over the last few days and we want to break it down:
First, Kamala Harris announced that she would not be running for California Governor. This means Katie Porter is the clear Democratic frontrunner in this ultra-competitive race.
Then, one of Katie's opponents—a billionaire—attacked her in an interview, saying: "She's a school teacher. What does she know about running anything?"
This same billionaire opponent also purchased a staggering $1.4 million in TV ads—a rarity this far out from Election Day.
And finally, a brand-new poll found that in the last four months Katie's support increased more than any other candidate, but also nearly 40% of voters are still undecided.
