This is outrageous.
Earlier this month, Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans passed their signature law to rip health care away from millions of Americans.
More below on this latest attack, but first, can you chip in $5 to my campaign to be Califirnia's next Governor so I can stand up to DC Republicans who are forcing people to lose their health care?
A Trump-appointed judge just struck down the Biden Administration rule that removed medical debt from credit reports.
So, not only will it be harder for Americans to get covered, but if they do happen to get sick, they could face a lifetime of financial pain on top of that. AND that debt will follow them, making it even harder or more expensive for them to rent or buy a home, get a car loan, or use a credit card.
This is all happening because Trump is giving billionaires a tax cut.
This is why I've consistently said that California's next governor must be a health care governor.
In Congress, I led efforts to keep medical debt off credit reports. As Governor, I'll make it a priority to get all Californians the care they need.
