Here’s what just happened: The Supreme Court just gave National Republicans a major spending advantage in Ohio's Senate race.

Not only can top Republican committees coordinate with candidates to spend unlimited amounts of ads – they can now do it at a discounted rate too.

Let’s zoom out:

First, Republicans got the limits on coordinated party spending thrown out. This was the worst ruling for campaign finance laws since Citizens United.

Then, they tried to let party committees buy TV ads at the deeply discounted rates available to candidates. So I fought back, and it was brought all the way back to the Supreme Court.

Now, the conservative Supreme Court just sided with National Republicans, giving them cheaper prices for ads so their billion dollar war chests can go even further in races like ours. This new ruling could change the course of the rest of this race.

I’m not backing down from this fight. I’m not going to sit by while a rigged system gives the wealthiest and most powerful people every possible advantage.

The hard truth is grassroots support is our only means of fighting back – that’s why I’m coming to you right now.
