Billionaires are going to be rich for the rest of their lives, so they should pay more taxes for the rest of their lives, too.

The hippos gobble up as much as they can as quickly as possible, leaving nothing left for anyone else.
That's fine for a kids game, but it shouldn't be how our economy works. But that's exactly what's happening with the ultra-rich taking more and more of the wealth in this country.
As governor, I'll lead the charge to make the ultra-wealthy pay their fair share permanently.
