| Mental health support after disaster Bridges is Save the Children’s psychosocial program for kids in the U.S. who’ve experienced a natural disaster. In the aftermath of the 2022 Kentucky floods, Aaron was one of many children who lost their school and now attends a temporary learning space in a nearby school’s library. Our Bridges program activities are designed to help kids cope and heal while reducing the impacts of stress on their social, emotional and behavioral well-being.
