| 1. The Department of Health and Human Services – the department Trump wants RFK Jr. to run – has scrubbed abortion search results from their website. |
| 2. A Trump-appointed federal judge just revived a legal effort to restrict access to medication abortion. |
| 3. When I questioned Trump's pick for budget director – a lead author of Project 2025 who has advocated for total abortion bans with ZERO exceptions – about his extreme anti-abortion views, he refused to answer. |
| 4. Republicans introduced – and Democrats BLOCKED – an extreme anti-abortion bill that would've created new, medically unnecessary barriers for doctors and patients to get health care. |
| So my Democratic Senate colleagues and I are continuing to work around the clock to put a check on Trump, hold Republicans accountable, and protect abortion rights. |
