Mitch McConnell needs to flip just a single seat to take back control, and election forecasters have identified Catherine as the most vulnerable senator in the country. McConnell has set his eye on her seat in Nevada: He and his allies are spending more than $50 million on vicious attack ads to defeat her. | | Right now, Catherine is facing her most important fundraising deadline of the election: her final FEC quarterly deadline. | | She's counting on this grassroots team to help power her campaign and stay competitive against her extremist opponent (the guy who led Trump's efforts to overturn the election in Nevada). That's why I'm asking you: Can you donate $5, or whatever makes sense today, to help reelect Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto and protect our Democratic Senate majority? Supporting Catherine's race isn't just important for holding our Senate majority. It's absolutely critical that we have fighters like Catherine in Congress. See, Catherine fights from the heart for families like hers. We both come from families that worked hard to get by. I'll always remember my mother getting a minimum wage job that saved our house after my daddy had a heart attack and couldn't work – and Catherine remembers her dad parking cars on the Las Vegas strip to provide for her family.
She and I both went on to go to law school, and eventually, took on the Big Banks in the wake of the financial crisis. We're both in this fight because we want working families to have a voice in Congress – to make our government work for everyone, not just those at the top.
