Now Justice Clarence Thomas' recent opinions indicate that the court may roll back even more progress, with same-sex marriage and contraception on the line. Precedent is not important to the conservative members of the court, meaning some of our fundamental rights are now under threat. In moments of crisis like today, it is our duty as Democrats and Americans to DEFEND our rights. That is why we are asking the most committed Democrats – including you – to speak out on the Supreme Court.
