Donald Trump is all but certain to become the GOP nominee for president again.

I need you to hear this, friend: Donald Trump is all but certain to become the GOP nominee for president again.

This is a man who incited an insurrection and threatens the very fabric of our democracy. Who boasts about overturning Roe v. Wade and taking away women's reproductive freedoms. Who — a few weeks ago — said that he wants to see the U.S. economy fail, because it would help his presidential campaign. And he's neck-and-neck with President Biden in the latest polls.

So when you hear people say that 2024 will be the "most consequential election of our lifetimes," that's not hyperbole.

We need to do everything we can — right now — to ensure that we reelect President Biden and save our Democratic Senate majority.

That means getting the message out about the ways in which President Biden and Senate Democrats have delivered for the American people:

Capping the price of insulin and lowering prescription drug costs for seniors;
Finally enacting a gun trafficking ban and passing transformative gun safety legislation;
Protected Social Security;
And investing billions to rebuild our roads, bridges, tunnels and sewer systems — creating good-paying, union jobs at the same time.

Make no mistake: Democrats have a winning message. But we have to make sure that our message of results and progress can cut through the noise of far-right lies and attacks up and down the ballot.
